"Number of Commodities exceeds min or max limit" in SendPro Enterprise

Learn how to resolve the error "Number of Commodities exceeds min or max limit" when shipping document only with FedEx International in SendPro Enterprise.

Issue

When shipping FedEx International with document only checked, the error message "Number of Commodities exceeds min or max limit."

Cause

Line item details are required.

Resolution

  1. At the bottom of the page, click Add Line.
  2. Fill out the following fields:
    • Part Number
    • Description
    • Weight
    • Value
  3. Click the International tab at the top of the page. Line item detail will have additional fields.
  4. Fill in Country of Origin.
