"Individual Batch Task Timed Out" message on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto
Print international shipping labels using SendPro Online or PitneyShip if you see the message "Individual Batch Task Timed Out."
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)
Issue
When you try to print an international shipping label, the "Individual Batch Task Timed Out" message appears.
Cause
International shipping labels require 8.5 x 11 inch label size and cannot be printed using your device's attached 4 x 6 label printer.
Resolution
Print international shipping labels in SendPro Online or PitneyShip.
