Reactivating your USPS PDX account for SendPro Enterprise
If your USPS PDX account gets deactivated due to non-use, you can reactivate it.
Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise
USPS PDX accounts with no activity for 90 days will be deactivated.
If your account is deactivated, the Business System Administrator (BSA) will need to send an email to [email protected] requesting that your PDX account be reactivated. You must included your USPS MID account number and USPS Gateway login username in the request.
