Reactivating your USPS PDX account for SendPro Enterprise, SendSuite Live, or SendSuite Xpress

If your USPS PDX account gets deactivated due to non-use, you can reactivate it.
Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise, SendSuite® Live, SendSuite® Xpress

USPS PDX accounts with no activity for 90 days will be deactivated.

If your account is deactivated, the Business System Administrator (BSA) will need to send an email to dts-pdx@usps.gov requesting that your PDX account be reactivated. You must included your USPS MID account number and USPS Gateway login username in the request.
