Resetting your TrackMyMail password

If you forget your TrackMyMail password, you can reset it online.

1. Visit the TrackMyMail website.
2. Click on Forgot Password?
3. Enter your User ID for the TrackMyMail website.
4. Click Submit. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with the User ID. If you do not receive the email, email TMMCustomerService@pb.com for assistance.
5. Copy the temporary password from the email.
6. Visit the TrackMyMail website.
7. Enter your User ID and the temporary password.
8. Click Sign In. You will be prompted to reset the password.
9. Enter a new password as directed.
