Picking up departmental packages in ParcelPoint Smart Lockers

The mailroom administrator can allow a recipient to pickup departmental packages at the kiosk.
Setting up a recipient to pickup departmental packages
- Select Settings > Address Book.
- Select the Departments tab.
- Select the Edit icon next to the department you wish to edit.
- Enter the contact's name in the Search box.
- A Key Contact will be notified by email when departmental packages are ready to pick up. Select Make Key Contact to make the recipient a Key Contact.
- Select Save to confirm.
Picking up packages
- Go to the locker kiosk with your ID badge or the email containing your QR code.
- Tap Collect an Item. The screen you see depends on the local configuration of your lockers.
- Follow the prompts to tap your ID, scan your code, or tap Enter Code Manually. The screen you see depends on the local configuration of your lockers.
- If you choose to enter the pickup code, use the keyboard to enter the pickup code.
- Tap Submit.
- Select Department Mail.
- Sign for the package in the area provided.
- Go to each locker and collect the packages.
- Close the locker doors and tap Done at the kiosk screen.
