Reopening a locker in ParcelPoint Smart Lockers
As a mailroom operator, you can reopen a locker when dropping off a package. The system allows you to reopen the locker as long as you do it within a certain time period after closing the locker.

As a mailroom operator, you can reopen a locker when dropping off a package. The system allows you to reopen the locker as long as you do it within a certain time period after closing the locker.
The mail room administrator sets the amount of time you have to reopen the locker after closing the door.
- Tap the Log in icon on the Home screen. Follow the prompts to scan your code or enter your login details.
- Scan the shipping label barcode or enter the tracking ID of the package.
- Place the package in the locker and close the door.
- To reopen the locker, tap Reopen Locker on the kiosk screen. The locker door opens.
- If the packages do not fit, tap Does not fit
- Select Done.
- Tap the Log in icon on the Home screen, then tap Log out.
