Reporting a problem at the ParcelPoint Smart Lockers

The ParcelPoint Smart Lockers provides a method for you to report a problem.

  1. If when you are dropping off a package, the kiosk screen displays the following message, tap on Report a Problem.

  2. Tap on the problem issue you are experiencing.
  3. The mail room administrator or locker operator will be notified of your issue. You will be prompted to continue with your previous operation.
