The ParcelPoint Smart Lockers provides a method for you to report a problem.
If when you are dropping off a package, the kiosk screen displays the following message, tap on Report a Problem.
- Tap on the problem issue you are experiencing.
- The mail room administrator or locker operator will be notified of your issue. You will be prompted to continue with your previous operation.
