"Something went wrong" message when using Forgot Password option in SendPro Enterprise

If you see the message "Something went wrong" when trying to use the Forgot Password option on the SendPro Enterprise signin screen, a supervisor-level user needs to check the user's configuration in the Supervisor App.

Issue

When using the Forgot Password option on the signin page, after entering the email address, the message "Something went wrong. Please contact the administrator and provide this id: ..." appears. The user is then redirected back to the back signin page.

Cause

A required field is missing in user setup.

Resolution

Ensure that all of the following required fields are filled in for the user:

  • User Name
  • Enable
  • Full Name
  • Role
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Location
  • Localization
