"Something went wrong" message when using Forgot Password option in SendPro Enterprise

When using the Forgot Password option on the signin page, after entering the email address, the message "Something went wrong. Please contact the administrator and provide this id: ..." appears. The user is then redirected back to the back signin page.


A required field is missing in user setup.


Ensure that all of the following required fields are filled in for the user:

  • User Name
  • Enable
  • Full Name
  • Role
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Location
  • Localization
