Searching for assets in SendSuite Tracking Online

You can search for assets in the system using any word or phrase in the record, or by date or status.

Features availability varies by subscription level. If you have any questions regarding your subscription level, please contact your administrator.

1. From the menu at the top, select Asset List.
2. Enter a word or phrase in the search field and press Enter.
3. To search by Status or Location, use the filters at the top of the list.
4. To sort the results, click on the column heading you wish to sort by. Click it again to reverse the order.
5. To change the columns that are visible on the report, select the menu button in the upper right corner of the Assets list, then select the columns you wish to hide. Select the column again to display it.
