Picking up a package at an Intelligent Locker LX Series locker

You can pick up a package from an Intelligent Locker LX Series locker once you receive an email notifying you that it is ready for pickup.

  1. Open the email containing your QR code or pickup code.
  2. Scan the QR code using the barcode scanner below the kiosk screen.

    If there is no barcode scanner below the kiosk screen, scan the barcode using the camera next to the screen.

    • If you do not have a barcode, enter the pickup code you received by tapping on ENTER PICKUP CODE.
  3. Use your finger to sign for the package in the area provided.

  4. Tap Done Signing.
  5. Go to the locker and pick up the package. Close the door and return to the kiosk screen.

  6. Tap I'm Done to confirm that you have closed the locker door and are done.
    • If you need to re-open the locker for any reason, tap Re-open Locker. You can re-open the locker as long as you do so before it times out. The mailroom administrator sets the time-out period.
