Removing packages that have not been picked up from an Intelligent Locker LX Series locker

You can remove a package from a locker if no one has picked up the package after a certain number of days. The mailroom administrator sets the number of days using SendSuite Tracking Online.

When you go to the kiosk, it notifies you if there are any packages that need to be removed. The screen also shows the locker location .

  1. Tap the locker shown on the kiosk screen.
  2. Remove the package and tap OK.
  3. Repeat for any other packages that you need to remove.
