"Unable to open locker" message on the ParcelPoint Smart Lockers

If you see the "Unable to open locker" message, choose another locker.

Issue

"Unable to open locker" message on the ParcelPoint Smart Locker
ParcelPoint Unable to Open Locker Door sceen

Cause

There is a problem with the locker.

Resolution

Choose another locker

  1. If the locker fails to open, the kiosk screen displays the following message.
    ParcelPoint Unable to Open Locker Door sceen
    Tap Choose another locker.
  2. Tap Does not Fit at the following screen.
    ParcelPoint Place Package in Locker sceen
  3. The kiosk screen displays the available locker sizes.

  4. Choose the appropriate locker size, in this example, Medium.
  5. The kiosk screen displays the locker number and shows that it's open.

  6. Place the package in the locker and close the door.
  7. If this is the last package, tap Done and the kiosk displays the Home screen.
