Editing or deactivating users using the Locker Management module

You can edit or deactivate mailroom administrators or locker operators within the system.

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the menu at the top of the Home screen.
  2. Select the Manage Users option.
  3. The system displays the Manage Users screen. Locate the user you want to edit or delete.
    1. Click on the edit icon to open the Edit User screen. You can edit the user's name and email, the user's role and accessibility to locker locations. When done click Save and Close.
    2. Click on the Deactivate icon to deactivate the user.
