Managing contacts using the Locker Management module

You can add or import new contacts, edit or delete existing contacts in the system.

You perform these operation using the Manage Contacts screen. To access the Manage Contacts screen:

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the menu at the top of the Home screen.
  2. Select the Manage Contacts option.
    The system displays the Manage Contacts screen which displays a list of all the current contacts.
  3. Use this image to show where on the Manage Contacts screen you perform each of the manage contact tasks.
    Refer to the sections below.

Adding a new contact (1)

  1. Click on + Add Contact on the Manage Contacts screen to open the Add Contact screen.
  2. Select the Recipient option for CONTACT TYPE. The Sender option does not apply to the Locker Management module.
  3. Enter all required information in this screen. Note that only COMPANY and ADDRESS LINE 2 are optional.
  4. Click on Save and Close when you are done.

Importing contacts (2)

  1. Click on + Import on the Manage Contacts screen to open the Import Contact screen.
  2. Select the appropriate option.
    • If you have an address file in the.csv format, click on Choose File and select it. Click on Continue to finish.
    • To create an address file, click on the Download a .csv template link and build a contact list using the downloaded .csv file. When complete, repeat step 1.

Editing contacts (3)

  1. Locate the contact on the Manage Contacts screen.
  2. Click on the Editppsl-admin-pencil-icon_20x19icon for that contact.
  3. Make your changes to the contact information.
  4. Click Save and Close when done.

Deleting contacts (4)

  1. Locate the contact on the Manage Contacts screen.
  2. Click on the check box for the contact.
  3. Click on the Delete ppsl-admin-delete-icon icon.
  4. Click Deleteto confirm you want to delete the contact.
