Making an account inactive on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Setting the account status to inactive prevents anyone from charging postage against it.

  1. Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Preferences.

  4. Tap Manage Accounts.
  5. Tap Edit account.
  6. Tap the account you want to make inactive.
  7. Select OK.
  8. Tap Inactive.
  9. Tap OK to return to the Accounts screen.
  10. Tap the back arrow to return to the list of accounts.
  11. Tap Cancel to return to the Print on Envelopes app.
