"888888" message on scale in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise
If "888888" is displayed on your scale, there may be an issue with the connection.

Issue
The message "888888" is displayed on your scale model 397-A, 397-B, 397-C, 397-D, or SL-397-D.
Resolution
Ensure that the USB cable is connected directly from the scale to the computer. Do not use a USB hub between the USB scale and the computer. If the scale is already plugged directly into the computer, try a different USB port on the computer.
