"ErrE" message on SendPro Online or PitneyShip scale

The message "ErrE" on a SendPro Online or PitneyShip scale means that t he object on the scale has exceeded the scale's weight capacity.

The message "ErrE" is displayed on your scale.

Cause

The object on the scale has exceeded the scale's weight capacity.

Resolution

Solution 1: The object is too heavy

The object placed on the scale has exceeded the scale's weight capacity. Weigh an object that is within the scale's weight capacity to verify that the scale weighs it correctly.

If the object on the scale is within the scale's weight capacity but "ErrE" is still displayed, try solution 2.

Solution 2: Ensure that the USB cable is connected directly to the computer

Ensure that the USB cable is connected directly from the scale to the computer. Do not use a USB hub between the USB scale and the computer. If the scale is already plugged directly into the computer, try a different USB port on the computer.
