Updating the SigWeb certificate for the signature pad for SendSuite Tracking Online, SendSuite Tracking, or PitneyTrack Inbound

If you are prompted to update the SigWeb certificate for the signature pad, select Yes.
Products affected: SendSuite® Tracking, SendSuite® Tracking Online, PitneyTrack™ Inbound

If you see a prompt like the following (the date and days remaining may differ) on a workstation that has the signature pad connected and installed, update the certificate.

  1. Select Yes at the prompt.
  2. Select OK at the confirmation message. The certificate will be updated.
