HubCapp Data Agent Monitor will not stay running with SendPro Enterprise

If HubCapp Data Agent Monitor may not stay running if more than one user is signed in to Windows.

When a user attempts to open HubCapp Data Agent Monitor, the program opens for a few seconds and then crashes.


Multiple users are signed in to the computer.


  1. Right-click on the Windows taskbar and select Task Manager.
  2. If the Task Manager window says More details in the lower left, select More details to expand the window. If it says Fewer details, you do not need to do this.
  3. Go to the Users tab and ensure that only one user is signed in. If multiple users are signed in, right-click on any users that are not currently signed in and disconnect them.
  4. Once complete, launch HubCapp Data Agent Monitor again. The program should now launch normally and stay open.
