Deleting a user in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, PitneyTrack Asset, PitneyTrack Inbound, PitneyTrack Enterprise, PitneyAnalytics, and the Locker Management Module

If a user account is no longer needed, you can delete it.

Products affected: PitneyShip®, PitneyShip® Pro, PitneyShip® Enterprise, PitneyTrack® Asset, PitneyTrack® Inbound, PitneyTrack® Enterprise, PitneyAnalytics®, Locker Management Module

If a user account is no longer needed, you can delete it.

  1. Select Settings > Users.
  2. Locate the user you wish to delete using the search box and filters at the top.
  3. Select the Delete User icon next to the user you wish to delete.
    PitneyShip Pro, PitneyTrack Inbound, PitneyAnalytics, and the Locker Management Module delete icon
  4. Select Delete.
