Enabling cost accounts in PitneyShip Pro

Cost accounts allow you to assign shipping labels and postage refills to an account. This can help you track how you spend your postage funds.

Cost accounts allow you to assign shipping labels and postage refills to an account. This can help you track how you spend your postage funds.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Manage Cost Accounts.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Use Cost Accounting.
  4. Choose the desired options:
    • Require for all shipments
    • Require for all stamps
    • Require for Certified and ERR
    • Require for all ship request
    • Require for adding postage
    • Require for reserving lockers
  5. Select Update.
