Allowing users to purchase supplies in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

System administrators can choose whether to allow users to purchase supplies from the Supplies menu.

Products affected: PitneyShip®, PitneyShip® Pro, PitneyShip® Enterprise

You can choose whether to allow users to purchase supplies from the Supplies menu. If this option is turned off, users can still order free carrier supplies.

  1. Select Settings > Admin Options.
  2. Select Allow users to purchase supplies.
  3. To hide the link to purchase supplies from the PitneyShip store, select Hide PitneyShip supplies.
  4. To hide the links for free supplies offered by carriers, select Hide carrier supplies.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
