Printing stamp rolls in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

Stamps can be printed on stamp rolls using a Brother QL-800 printer or the PitneyShip Cube.

Stamps can be printed on stamp rolls using a Brother QL-800 printer or the PitneyShip Cube. Compatible postage stamp rolls are available in our online shop (item #SL-SPM12 for Brother QL-800 and item #SL-CB164 for PitneyShip Cube).

The postage value printed is as-is and is not a USPS Forever Stamp. If USPS postal rates change, you can print a postage correction stamp which can be used with an already printed stamp to add additional postage.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. On the Stamps tab, select Roll, or from the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Stamp Rolls.
  2. Select the stamp type, First-Class Mail® Letter or Postcard. For other types or weights, select Custom Stamp.
  3. To print more than one stamp with the same services, enter the number of stamps you wish to print in the Quantity field.
  4. Perform any of the optional tasks below to set up the stamps as needed.
  5. Select Add to Roll.
  6. Repeat for any additional stamps you wish to print.
  7. Select Print Stamps.

  4. Change the ZIP Code the mail is being sent from

  4. Change the mailing date

Change the mail type or weight [1]

  1. Select Custom Stamp.
  2. Select the Mail Type.
  3. In the Weight field, enter the weight of your item.
  4. From the Mail Services menu, select the service.

Add extra services [2]

  1. Select Custom Stamp.
  2. Select Add Extra services.
  3. Select the desired services.
  4. Select Accept.

Assign a cost account [3]

Click in the Cost account field and start typing to search, or select the search icon next to the field and select the desired account.

Change the ZIP Code the mail is being sent from [4]

Enter the ZIP code in the Mail From This ZIP Code field.

Enter notes for your transaction history [5]

Enter the memo (up to 50 characters) in the Memo/Reference field.

Print a test [6]

Select Test Print. Test Prints are for testing alignment only and do not use postage.

Remove stamps [7]

To remove a stamp, select the Delete Stamp icon next to the stamp you wish to remove, or select Delete All to remove all stamps.

Change the mailing date [8]

Select the desired date from the Mailing Date menu.

Note: The stamp date changes to the next day automatically at 8PM in your time zone.
