Reset your password for SendPro Online or PitneyShip if the message "java.lang.IllegalStateException" appears.

Cause
Invalid password.
Resolution
Reset your password for SendPro Online or PitneyShip. See Changing or resetting your password for PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, PitneyTrack, PitneyAnalytics, the Locker Management Module, and the SendPro Tablet.
