Package shipment date incorrect in View App or on reports in SendPro Enterprise

There are several reasons that the Shipment Date may be incorrect.

Issue

When viewing shipments in the View App or on reports, the date the shipment was shipped is incorrect.

Cause

  • The date on the computer may be incorrect.
  • A Future Shipment date may have been selected in the Shipping Options.
  • The web browser may not have been closed between days, causing an incorrect date to be stored in the browser memory.

Resolution

Solution 1: Ensure that the computer's system time is correct

The Shipment Date is based on the computer's system time when the shipment is created. If the date on the computer is incorrect, SendPro Enterprise will reflect an incorrect shipment date. Ensure that the system time on the computer is correct.

Solution 2: Ensure that the Future Ship date is the date the package will be received by the carrier

In SendPro Enterprise, there is a Future Ship option next to the Package Type field. If the Future Ship date was changed to a date in the future, the Shipment Date will reflect that date. Ensure that this is set to the date that the package will be received by the carrier.

Solution 3: Sign out of SendPro Enterprise every night and close the browser to ensure that the browser's date is updated

If the SendPro Enterprise shipping app is not closed between days, there is a possibility that the previous day's date will be stored in the browser. Ensure that you sign out of SendPro Enterprise every night and close the browser to ensure that the browser's date is updated each day.
