The email to complete your account registration was not received

Troubleshooting steps to resolve difficulties that may arise when registering for a Your Account profile.

Issue

Your Your Account profile has been created but you have not received the email to complete the registration. 
 

Resolution

Solution 1: Confirm the email was not received 

Check your junk or spam folder and perform a search for the email address transactional@emails.pitneybowes.com. The email can take up to 30 minutes to be received.

Solution 2: Confirm Pitney Bowes is added to your safe sender's email list. 

Ensure the email address transactional@emails.pitneybowes.com is added to your address book and retrigger the Authorization email. Companies with high network security may need to add the email address transactional@emails.pitneybowes.com to their approved recipient list.
