Troubleshooting steps to resolve difficulties that may arise when registering for a Your Account profile.
IssueYour Your Account profile has been created but you have not received the email to complete the registration.
Solution 1: Confirm the email was not receivedCheck your junk or spam folder and perform a search for the email address email@example.com. The email can take up to 30 minutes to be received.
Solution 2: Confirm Pitney Bowes is added to your safe sender's email list.Ensure the email address firstname.lastname@example.org is added to your address book and retrigger the Authorization email. Companies with high network security may need to add the email address email@example.com to their approved recipient list.
