The email to complete your account registration was not received

Troubleshooting steps to resolve difficulties that may arise when registering for a Your Account profile.


Your Your Account profile has been created but you have not received the email to complete the registration. 


Solution 1: Confirm the email was not received 

Check your junk or spam folder and perform a search for the email address The email can take up to 30 minutes to be received.

Solution 2: Confirm Pitney Bowes is added to your safe sender's email list. 

Ensure the email address is added to your address book and retrigger the Authorization email. Companies with high network security may need to add the email address to their approved recipient list.
