Troubleshoot accessing a copy invoice or statement

Troubleshoot reasons why you may not be able to find an invoice or statement online.

Statement or invoice is older than 18 months

  • Statements greater than 18 months are not available through the online portal.
  • Resolution: Use the chat icon below to connect with a representative and request a copy.

List filters may be turned on

  • The current filter settings or date range may exclude invoices or statements from the list view.
  • Resolution: Confirm the filter settings and date range are set so they will include the invoice or statement in the results.

The account is not linked to the online profile

  • Invoices and statements will not be available online if the account has not been added to your profile.
  • Resolution:
    • Confirm the account is linked by selecting the account type from the left navigation bar.
    • ​​​​​If you hold more than one account for any account type, use the Account menu to view other accounts.
    • If you don't see the account, add it to your online profile using Manage Accounts.
