The FedEx button is missing from the Create Shipping Labels app on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Issue

The FedEx button is missing in the Create Shipping Labels app.

Cause

You need to add the FedEx carrier in the PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise website on your computer to be able to view in the Create Shipping Labels app.
