Issue

The message "errUniversal process failed: PB CRM Monitor Check" appears when starting a job in PlanetPress or PlanetPress Connect.

Cause

The ConnectRight Mailer Hot Folder application is not running.

Resolution

  1. In Windows Explorer, go to C:\Program Files\Pitney Bowes\ConnectRight Mailer\.
  2. Double-click on crmhfmon.exe to start it.
  3. Re-run the job.
