Resetting your PitneyShip Cube
If you are unable to establish a connection or print a shipping label, you can perform a factory reset.
Watch this video or follow the steps below to learn how to reset your PitneyShip Cube.
- If your PitneyShip Cube is connected via USB cable, unplug the USB cable from your computer.
- Insert a straightened paper clip into the pinhole reset on the back of the device. Continue pressing the paperclip into the pinhole until the unit begins a self-test. The device will feed and cut some paper during this test.
- Once the LED starts slowly blinking white, reconnect the USB cable (desktop users only).
The factory reset is complete, and you can continue to use your PitneyShip Cube.
