Resetting your PitneyShip Cube

Learn how to factory reset your PitneyShip Cube.

If you are unable to establish a connection or print a shipping label, you can perform a factory reset.

  1. If your PitneyShip Cube is connected via USB cable, unplug the USB cable from your computer.
  2. Insert a straightened paper clip into the pinhole reset on the back of the device. Continue pressing the paperclip into the pinhole until the unit begins a self-test. The device will feed and cut some paper during this test.

  3. Once the LED starts slowly blinking white, reconnect the USB cable.

The factory reset is complete, and you can continue to use your PitneyShip Cube.
