Linking your Office 365 address book in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise

Learn how to link your Office 365 address book to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise.

You can link your Office 365 address book to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise so that you can use those addresses when creating shipping labels and printing envelopes.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Once linked to Office 365, your Office 365 addresses appear at the bottom of the address book, after your PitneyShip addresses. Addresses from Office 365 have an Office 365 icon. Addresses stored in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise have a Pitney Bowes icon. After using an Office 365 address to create a label or envelope, the address will not be saved with your other PitneyShip addresses.

To link to your Office 365 address book:

  1. Select Settings > Address Book.
  2. Select Allow access to my Microsoft Office365 contacts when sending.
  3. Select Connect to Office365.
  4. Sign in to your Office 365 account.

To remove the connection to your Office 365 address book:

  1. Select Settings > Address Book.
  2. Select Disconnect Office365.
  3. Uncheck Allow access to my Microsoft Office365 contacts when sending.
