Deleting a custom inbound carrier in PitneyTrack Inbound or PitneyTrack Enterprise
You can delete a custom inbound carrier that you no longer need.
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Inbound, PitneyTrack® Enterprise
You can delete a custom inbound carrier that you no longer need. Note that system carriers cannot be deleted, only disabled. Only custom carriers that you have added can be deleted.
- Select Settings > Inbound Carriers.
- If necessary, select your Site.
- Select the delete icon next to the carrier you wish to delete.
- Select Delete to confirm.
Disabling a carrier
If you don't want to use a carrier, you can disable it instead of deleting it.
- Select Settings > Inbound Carriers.
- If necessary, select your Site.
- For the carrier you wish to disable, select the ON slider in the Enabled column to change it to OFF.
