Setting up proof of delivery options in PitneyTrack Inbound

You can collect signatures, pictures, or ID card scans as proof of delivery for delivered packages. You can select a maximum of 2 options per delivery method (desktop and mobile).

You can collect signatures, pictures, or ID card scans as proof of delivery for delivered packages. You can select a maximum of 2 options per delivery method (desktop and mobile).

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Delivery.
  2. Select your Site.
  3. On the Web Browser tab, select proof of delivery options for desktop delivery:
    1. Choose Required, Optional, or Off for each item.
      • Signature (requires a Signature Pad)
      • Photo (requires a webcam)
  4. On the Mobile App tab, select proof of delivery options for mobile delivery:
    1. Choose Required, Optional, or Off for each item.
      • Signature (requires a Signature Pad)
      • Photo (requires a webcam)
  5. Select the Update button at the top to save your changes.
