"PB PDF Properties" message in PlanetPress

If you see the message "PB PDF Properties" in the PlanetPress dashboard, the PDF files may be corrupt.

Issue

The message "PB PDF Properties" appears in PlanetPress dashboard.

Cause

There may be an issue with the data files that are being pulled into the system. This will happen if there are corrupt PDF files being processed in PlanetPress.

Resolution

Check the input PDF files that are not opening. The easiest way to do that is to sort by file size and see if there are any that are 1KB or 0KB, which indicates that the files are corrupt. If the error occurs again, contact us.
