Adding surcharges to a mail class in Business Manager

You can add additional surcharges to a specific type of mail class.

You can add additional surcharges to a specific type of mail class.

  1. Sign in to Business Manager using Manager access.
  2. Select Parameters > Configuration > Carriers, Classes and Fees > Predefine Usual Carriers, Classes and Fees > Surcharges.
  3. Select the type of class and select one of the surcharge types. To edit multiple classes at once select the Allow multi selection pin icon.
  4. Fill out the Flat Rate, Per pieces, or Percent based on the surcharge type selected.
  5. Select charged back box to enable.
  6. Repeat for additional classes.
  7. Select Confirm.

Note: Any changes to the surcharges will only impact new transactions.
