Deleting a job in TrackMyMail
If you need to delete a job, you can do so on the TrackMyMail website.

If you need to delete a job, you can do so on the TrackMyMail website.
- Sign in to the TrackMyMail website with the account that has the job you want to delete.
- Select the Dashboard tab.
- Find the job you want to delete.
Note: Jobs are ordered by mail date, with jobs with future mail dates first. If your job's mail date is over 1 month old, select the appropriate time frame from the Please Select a Mail Date Range menu. - Find the job ID of the affected job. If you use the same job IDs for multiple jobs, check the job titles to ensure that you are deleting the correct job.
- Select the job ID of the affected job. The job summary details screen opens.
- On the job summary details screen, select the Delete Job button. You may need to scroll down to see it.
- Select OK when prompted.
- Enter the name and email address you want attributed to the job deletion and select OK. This creates a record of the job deletion request for reporting purposes.
Note: The site may take a while to delete the request. If your browser prompts you to either wait or end the task, select Wait. You may have to select Wait a few times before the process is completed. - Verify that the job deletion confirmation email was received.
- Verify that the job is no longer present on the TrackMyMail dashboard.
