Connecting your Shopify store to SendPro Enterprise

Once your SendPro Enterprise system has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, an Administrative user can connect your Shopify store.

Once your SendPro Enterprise system has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, an Administrative user can connect your Shopify store. If you don't have the ecommerce app, contact your account representative.

Note: All SendPro Enterprise steps below must be executed by an Administrative user. Standard users are prohibited from adding and disconnecting stores.

  1. Open the ecommerce app.
  2. Select ADD STORE.
  3. From the Select Store menu, select Shopify.
  4. Enter the Shopify store URL in the Shopify Domain field.
  5. Select GET TOKEN.
  6. In the new browser tab that opens, have the Shopify store administrator sign in to Shopify.
  7. Accept the terms and conditions if they appear.
  8. Select Install app.
  9. From the new page that opens, copy the following values:
    • Shopify Token
    • HMAC
  10. Return to the ecommerce app in SendPro Enterprise.
  11. Paste the Shopify Token and HMAC values from step 9 into the fields provided.
  12. Select REGISTER.
  13. Close the Success message.
  14. Select VIEW STORE.
  15. Confirm that the Shopify store you just connected is present in the list.

Allow up to 10 minutes for full synchronization.

Note: Users self-hosting their storefront may need to whitelist the following addresses:
  • Production: 34.206.214.191
  • Development/QA/Pre-production: 52.42.26.230
