Advancing the date on the SendPro MailCenter
You can advance the date to print a date up to thirty days ahead or omit the date so that it does not print on your mail.
Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000
You can advance the date to print a date up to thirty days ahead or omit the date so that it does not print on your mail.
- Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
- Select Edit Envelope.
- Select Print Date.
- Select the desired date option:
- Don't print date
- Print today's date
- Today + 1
- Select from calendar
- Select the desired format option.
- Select OK.
Note:
Please be aware that after 5 pm your machine will automatically date advance to the following day. This is a Royal Mail requirement for Mailmark™ compliant machines.
