Advancing the date on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Advance the date to print postage up to thirty days before you need to send it.

1. Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
2. Select anywhere on the image of the envelope or select Edit Envelope.
3. Select Print Date.
4. Select the desired date option:
   • Today's date.
   • Today + 1 day.
   • Select from calendar.
5. Select OK until you return to the Run Mail screen.
