Invite a colleague to share access to your online account

Instructions on how to invite a colleague to copy the access for your online profile.
Learn how to invite colleagues to share access to Your Account. Invited users can register with their details but can access the accounts linked to your online profile. 
  1. Go to the signin page
  2. If prompted, select a portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard. 
    • Your Account for billing, account management, leases and rentals 
    • Shipping 360 for the shipping and mailing cloud-based platform 
  3. Select the Your Account menu and click Manage Accounts
  4. On the Manage Accounts screen, you can add a colleague in one or two ways, depending on your access level:
    • If you have Manager access, select the tab, Colleagues I Manage, then the link: Add a Colleague.
    • For other access levels select the tab, Accounts I Access, then the link: Invite a Colleague.
  5. Enter your colleague’s name and email address. 
  6. Select the checkbox for account(s) you wish your colleague to access, then click Submit.
  7. An Invitation email is immediately sent.
  8. Your colleague must select the link in the email and complete the registration to access the same account details.
