Scale shows the wrong weight in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

If the scale shows the wrong weight, the scale needs to be zeroed.

Issue

The scale shows the wrong weight.

Cause

The scale needs to be zeroed.

Resolution

  1. If your scale has a Zero button, click it.
  2. If your scale does not have a Zero button:
    1. Select Settings > My Devices.
    2. Select the Set scale to zero button next to your scale.
The PitneyShip Cube should be placed on a flat, level surface that does not contain any other objects that cause vibration. Vibrations from objects such as fans may affect the accuracy of the scale.
