Certified barcodes missing from outputs in PlanetPress

Issue

Certified barcodes are missing from your output.

Cause

There is either a problem with the addresses or with PlanetPress or the shipping software.

Resolution

If only some records are missing certified barcodes, then there may be an issue with the addresses.

1. Browse to C:\pbCCMData\<company>\<job code>\FilesOut.
2. Open the PDF and note the addresses that are missing certified barcodes.
3. Open the text file and locate the addresses from the list. At the end of the address record, it may list the reason it failed.
4. Correct the addresses and try again.
