Certified barcodes missing from outputs in PlanetPress
Certified barcodes are missing from your output.
There is either a problem with the addresses or with PlanetPress or the shipping software.
If only some records are missing certified barcodes, then there may be an issue with the addresses.
- Browse to C:\pbCCMData\<company>\<job code>\FilesOut.
- Open the PDF and note the addresses that are missing certified barcodes.
- Open the text file and locate the addresses from the list. At the end of the address record, it may list the reason it failed.
- Correct the addresses and try again.
If all records are missing the certified barcodes, please contact us.
