Syncing e\commerce orders in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, and PitneyShip Enterprise

Orders are automatically synced with your connected ecommerce stores when you sign in, after you print a label, and when you arrive on the Orders screen (if you leave that screen and come back). You can also sync them manually at any time.

What's synced?

The store connectors sync orders that are:

  • From the last 30 days
  • Paid
  • Unfulfilled

Syncing manually

  1. On the Ship Orders tab, select Sync Orders.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
