Printing a test pattern on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Print a test pattern to see if the printheads are working properly or if you have enough ink in the cartridges.

1. Select Settings from the Home screen.
2. Select Hardware.
3. Select Printer.
4. Select either the Ink Cartridges or Print head tab.
5. Select Print test pattern.
   • To print the test pattern on an envelope, place an envelope of the feed deck and select Start.
   • To print the test pattern on tape, select Tape.
6. Check the test pattern.
   • If the solid lines of the test pattern are unbroken, select Image is OK - Done. Skip to step 7.
     
   • If the test pattern has missing or incomplete lines, select Not OK - Clean print head. Once the cleaning completes, the meter prompts you to print another test pattern. If the pattern still has broken or missing lines, you may need to replace the ink cartridges or printheads.
     
7. Select Home to return to the Home screen.
