Issue

When processing End of Day for USPS, the closing fails with the message "Response status code does not indicate success: 401"

Cause

The USPS Business Customer Gateway password has been updated or expired and SendPro Enterprise needs to be updated with the current password.

Resolution

If you need further assistance, please chat with us. Only Admin users can access the system to update the Business Customer Gateway credentials in SendPro Enterprise.
