Ship From address not updating as users don't have access to update the location address in SendPro Enterprise

Check the Output Path selected for where the files will download if you are unable to process files in the BPOD Splitter Tool from the USPS Business Customer Gateway.

The Ship From address cannot be updated as users don't have access to update the location address.


The Ship From address is based off the location's address which is assigned to a user. The Ship From address can be changed on the Ship From tab; however, this change is only for the current shipment and will reset to the default on the next package.


If the location changes and needs to be updated permanently, the ship from address will need to be updated in SendPro Enterprise.
