Unable to scan a barcode in SendPro Enterprise using Cubetape

If you are unable to scan a barcode using Cubetape, you will need to reconnect it to the base.
Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise


When attempting to scan a barcode with the Cubetape Scanning-Dimensioning device, no scanning light appears, and the barcode will not scan.


Cubetape is not paired with the base.


  1. Power off the Cubetape device by pressing and holding the m button for 2 seconds.
  2. After the Cubetape is off, power the device back on by pressing and holding the m button for 2 seconds.
  3. Scan the Bluetooth pairing barcode on the front of the cradle that the Cubetape charges in.
    Note: Cubetape is successfully connected to the cradle when the blue LED indicators on the Cubetape and the cradle are permanently on.
  4. If the Cubetape and cradle are paired, attempt to rescan the package. If the Cubetape and cradle do not pair, and the blue LED indicators continue to flash, repeat step 3.
