Downloading postage refill receipts in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, or ShipAccel

You can download invoices for your postage refills. You can also have a receipt emailed to you when a postage refill occurs.

You can download invoices for your postage refills. You can also have a receipt emailed to you when a postage refill occurs.

Downloading a postage refill receipt

  1. Go to the History page:
    • If you’re using ShipAccel, select Shipping > Shipping & Postage History.
    • If you’re using PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise, select Shipping & Mailing > Shipping & Postage History.
  2. Select the Postage tab.
  3. Select Invoice next to the refill transaction you want a receipt for.

Getting postage refill receipts emailed to you

  1. Select Settings > Postage Refills.
  2. Select Receive an email when your postage is refilled.
  3. Enter the email address followed by a comma. To send the notification to more than one address, separate them with commas.
  4. Click outside of the box or type a comma after the last email address.
  5. Select Save.
