Enabling postage refill receipt notifications in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can have a receipt emailed to you when a postage refill occurs.

You can have a receipt emailed to you when a postage refill occurs.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Postage Refills.
  2. Under Tracking and Email Notification, select Receive an email when your postage is refilled.
  3. Enter the email address followed by a comma. To send the notification to more than one address, separate them with commas with a comma at the end.
    Note: Even if you only enter one email address, you have to enter a comma after it.
  4. Select Save.
