Ship Orders tab is missing in PitneyShip for the PitneyShip Cube

When using your PitneyShip Cube with PitneyShip, the ship orders tab will be missing if you are not signed up for a PitneyShip Ecommerce plan.
Products affected: PitneyShip™ Cube, PitneyShip™


When logging into PitneyShip, the Ship Orders tab is missing and the options to Connect Ecommerce Stores is no longer present.


The plan selected when signing up for PitneyShip with the PitneyShip Cube was not the Ecommerce plan.


Verify your current plan in PitneyShip.

  1. Click on the account name in the top right corner of the screen to access the PitneyShip account Profile.
  2. Select Plan Options to view your current plan and any upgrade options.
  3. If your current plan does not include Ecommerce, an upgrade will be required to use the Ship Orders tab to connect and import orders from Ecommerce stores like Shopify, Ebay, and Amazon.
  4. Select an Ecommerce plan to upgrade.
