Error BA06 on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Issue

Error BA06 appears and the device will not print.

Cause

The meter has not downloaded a configuration file. Installation was skipped or no file was available for download.

Resolution

Solution 1: Restart the device and complete the installation process

1. Unplug the power cord. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is working correctly.
4. Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
5. Tap Get Started and complete the onscreen prompts.

Solution 2: Manually download rates and updates:

1. Tap SendPro Apps.
2. Tap Rates and Updates.
